He was predeceased by : his parents, Kelly Harlow Dillow and Elizabeth Irene Catron Dillow; his grandsons, Matthew Lee Dillow and Steven Kyle Dillow; and his siblings, Roy, Charlie, Bill Dillow, Beulah Poole, Effie Drews, Ruth Randall and Kate D. Altizer.

He is survived by : his sons, Brian Keith of Wittens Mill and Mark Cover Dillow of Wittens Mill; his siblings, Jim C. Dillow (Betty) of Beech Grove, IN and Jessie Atkinson of Charleston, SC; and also Julia Dillow. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
