He was predeceased by: his parents, Hufford Walter Joyce and Lydia Whitt Joyce; his son Scottie Joyce; his brothers, Delbert, Walter, Tommy and Lawrence Joyce; and his pet Buddy.
He is survived by: his wife Victoria "Vickie" Joyce; his children, Octave Joyce (Clayton Casey), Hufford Joyce II (Natasha), Hunter Joyce (Donna) and Penny Shortridge (Brandon); his grandchildren, Will, Logan Vass, Chadwick, Autumn Joyce, Zoey, Hunter "Bub", Ashlynn, Allyssa Joyce, Tyler Joyce and Brittany Puckett; his great grandchildren, Remington and Ryder Combs; his brothers, Howard Joyce (Ann) and Kenneth Joyce (Cheryl); his niece Samantha O'Quinn; and his pet Lady. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, in-laws.
