She was predeceased by : her parents, Sam Blankenship and Daisy Whitt Blankenship; her former life partner Elbert Keene; her husband Walter Andrews; her daughter Patricia Lakey; and her siblings, Sam Blankenship, Jr., Danny Blankenship, Denny Blankenship, Greta Woosley and Teresa Sharp.

She is survived by : her daughter Janice Lutz (Larry) of Tazewell, VA.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Main Street United Methodist Church, 118 Main St. Tazewell, VA 24651.
