She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Shepard and Lena Gillespie Shepard; her husband Bill Brown; and her granddaughter Andrea Daniel Brown. She is survived by : her sons, Kenny Brown (Diane) of Bandy, VA, Phillip Brown of Thompson Valley, VA and Terry Brown (Diana) of Bristol, TN; and her sisters, Janice Noel of Catawba, VA, Betty Teachey (Buddy) of Climax, NC and Jean Wright (Marvin) of Christiansburg, VA.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
