She was predeceased by : her parents, Amos Russell and Ruth Grandle Phillips; her grandson Ethan Elcana Moomaw; her siblings, Paul Phillips (Nina), Ashby, Shirley, Johnnie, Cletus Phillips, Virginia Armentrout (Galen), Catherine Armentrout (Mark Babe) and Rosie Hensley (Ferrell); her siblings-in-law, Melvin Huffman, Joseph Derrow (Sonny) and June Farney (Omer); and her pets, Buckeye, Taffy and Annie.

She is survived by : her significant other Donnie McNeal Moomaw; her children, Dinah Sue Coffman (Jerry), Katrina Renee Blubaugh (Marque) and Don McNeal Moomaw II (Lisa); her grandchildren, Jon Blubaugh (Tasha), Jessica Baker (Ryan), Brianna, Braden and Hanna Moomaw; her great grandchildren, Chloe and Caleb Baker; her pets, Butter and Smokey; her siblings, Raymond Phillips (Juanita), Verdie Huffman and Barbara Derrow; and her siblings-in-law, Ruby Phillips, Betty Phillips, Wanda Phillips, Donna Cyzick (Raymond) and Rudolph Moomaw. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
