She was predeceased by : her parents, William See and Effie Hollar Phillips; her husband Denver Foltz; and her sister Grace. She is survived by : her daughter Sandra Cullers (Wilbert) of Timberville; her caregiver Vickie Crider of Timberville; and her brothers, Marvin and Lawrence. She is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews.
