She was predeceased by : her parents, Howard G. Shoemaker and Violet "Louise" Fitzwater Shoemaker; her son Robert Wayne Roadcap; her aunt Mazie Shipe; and her sisters, Betty Holsinger and Joyce Deeds.

She is survived by : her husband Wayne Roadcap; and her granddaughters, Morgan Cox (Justen) of Keezletown and Brookelyn Collins of Broadway.
