It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Tharpe Swanson (Timberville, Virginia), who passed away on April 13, 2019, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ashby and Mildred Foster Tharpe; and her brother Samuel Tharpe. She is survived by: her children, Annie Swanson of Timberville and Rayquon Swanson of New Market; and her grandchildren, Kaleigha, Keyara, Shakia, Shakya and Shakari Swanson.
