He was predeceased by : his mother Eva Alene Hansbrough Botkins. He is survived by : his father Stanley Linwood Botkins of Timberville; his wife Rosemary Lancaster Botkins; and his children, Travis Loyd Botkins of Broadway and Amber Rose Botkins. He is also survived by four sisters.
