She was predeceased by : her adoptive parents, Roy Sr. Palmer and Leodia Palmer; her siblings, Bobby Joe Crawford and Tina Keeler; her grandparents, Oscar and Mille Crawford; and her nephew Bubby Pitsenbarger.
She is survived by : her parents, Tiny Ott Crawford (Cindy) of Fulks Run and Genevieve Shoemaker of Broadway; her husband John Gregory Inscoe; her children, April Andes of Broadway, Kellie Andes of Timberville, Heather Strickler (Brad) of Greenville and Michael Strickler Jr. (Angela) of New Market; her siblings, Ricky Crawford of Lacy Springs, Danny Crawford (Diane) of Fulks Run, Randy Crawford of Briery Branch, Robert "Bobby" Palmer of Timberville, Joey Palmer (Karen) of Fulks Run, Roy Palmer Jr. (Margaret) of Mt. Jackson, Joanne Sosa (Jimmy Southern) of Timberville, Randy Palmer (Sherry) of Broadway, David Palmer (Patricia) of Roanoke, Katie Crawford of Fulks Run and Debbie Cash (Clint) of Broadway; and her grandson Hunter Strickler.
