He was predeceased by : his parents, Leo Biller and Pauline Mathias Biller. He is survived by : his wife Ella Ruth Souder; his children, Crystal Biller of Timberville, Marsha Padilla of Mt. Crawford and Roger Stover of Linville; his stepson Phillip "Flip" Phillips of Broadway; and his sisters, Mary Lee Dean of Harrisonburg and Helen Fox of Harrisonburg. He is also survived by five grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
