He is survived by : his daughters, Sarah Evans of South Hill and Rosa Martin (Shayne) of Victoria; and his siblings, Bertha Payne of Springfield, Janet Moore of Lovettsville, Jimmy Payne of Leesburg and Jerry Payne of Heathsville. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
