With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Allie Lee Foster of Virginia Beach, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 2, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Williams and Mary Etta Williams. She is survived by: her daughter Katie; her son-in-law Colin; her granddaughters, Teagan and Evie; her siblings, Jamie, Rena and Tyler; her stepdaughter Jaime; and her brothers, Leon, Floyd and Dale.

In lieu of flowers, Allie requested that donations be made to LifeNet Health in her honor.
