She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrtie Mae Skeeter and Joe Henry Owens; and her siblings, Frederick Skeeter, Jr., Calvin Skeeter, Phillip Skeeter and Sylvonnia "Evelyn" Skeeter Lee.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald "Ronnie" Barber; her daughters, Randi Barber and Toni Barber-Jefferson (Eric); her grandchildren, Mikayla Barber, Trenten Jefferson, Heaven and Eli Jefferson; her siblings, Leandrey Mason (Jethro), Quay Sawyer, Durmand Skeeter, Elder Howard Lee Skeeter (Marilyn), Jerome Skeeter (Barbara), Nathaniel Skeeter (Linda), Theodore Skeeter and Michael Everrett; her siblings-in-law, Clarence Lee and Pamelia Boone-Skeeter; and her aunts, Kathleen Simmons, Lennora Skeeter and Marice Griffith. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
