She was predeceased by: her mother Helen Maxine Thompson Beasley; her husband William Sam Heath Sr.; and her sister Helen L. Jefferson. She is survived by: her children, James E. Davenport Jr. (Sharon), Sharon D. Lee (Robert) and Christine R. Styron (Adam); her grandchildren, Jordan Lee, Madison Lee, Dakota Davenport and Payton Davenport; and her siblings, Linda R. Chatham, Wilson L. Beasley Jr. and Robert D. Beasley.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be sent to the American Cancer Society or Alzheimer's Association.
