With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Lamar Anderson (Virginia Beach, Virginia), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on September 1, 2021 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Irene Anderson; his daughters-in-law, Jaclyn M. Wingo, Stephanie Anderson and Jennifer Anderson; his sons, Joshua B. Anderson, Jonathan R. Anderson, Jerod D. Anderson and Kyle J. Wingo; his sister Tracy Zinn; his grandchildren, Joplin Anderson, McCartney Anderson, Ileana Anderson, Liam Anderson, James Bolton, Alexia Bolton, Nathaniel Brazell, Adisyn Clements, Austin Clements, Stella Rae Clements, Landon and Raighan Anderson; his father Almond Eugene Anderson; and his sister Kathy Gail Anderson-Boswell.
The family respectfully requests that all guests who would like to attend wear a mask at all times while in the building given the current and ever-growing changes of COVID-19 information.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to Freedom Service Dogs of America.
