She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Darden and Lola Darden; and her husband Thomas "Tony" Guffie. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Guffie (Megan) and Leslie Clark; her grandchildren, Cheyanne, Haylee Clark and Roland Guffie; and her sister Patricia White (Jimmy). She is also survived by family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the American Heart Association, a cause that held significant meaning to Jane.
