He is survived by : his mother Janis Jaworsky; his wife Kelly B. Jaworsky; his children, Jessie Jaworsky, Matt "Adam" Jaworsky III and Chase Jaworsky; his father Matt Jaworsky, Sr.; his brother Mark Jaworsky; and his sister-in-law Jennifer Jaworsky. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Laskin Road Chapel (2002 Laskin Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23454).
