She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Smith and Mary Smith. She is survived by: her husband Harold "Rusty" Williams; her children, Robert Kline (GeriLynn), Jon Kline (Heidi), Tracy Williams and Kim Markus (Mike); her siblings, Ronald Smith, Kay Green, Pauline Price (Allen), Fran Herbert and Cindy Mink; her sister-in-law Betty Edwards (Ed); and her grandchildren, Courtney Kline, Tanner, Makenzie Kline, Owen, Colson, Cooper Markus, Aubree, Alexis Williams and Reagan Warner.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that that memorial donations be made in her honor at the American Cancer Society or at the ALS Association of Hampton Roads.
