He is survived by: his wife Mary F. Diggs; his daughters, Patricia Scutchings, Sabrina McCrae (James) and Lisa Smith; and his sister Annie Lee McCoy. He is also survived by five grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
