We are sad to announce that on March 23, 2022, at the age of 84, Richter Lanier Halterman Jr. of Virginia Beach, Virginia, born in Covington, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gertie Taylor and Richter Lanier Halterman, Sr.. He was also cherished by three sisters, several cousins.
