He was predeceased by : his parents, Emma Braun Haugh and Herbert Joseph Haugh. He is survived by : his wife Elizabeth Lou Haugh (Breslin); his sisters, Shirley Hogan and Jennette Warren; and his children, John Haugh (Jane) of Hillsboro, VA, Amy Claypool (Phil) of Hedgesville, WV, Carol Spencer (Gerry) of Whitleyville, TN, Janet Dorman (Bob), Herbert Haugh (Regena), Karl Haugh (Laurie) and Michael Haugh (Teena) of Chincoteague, VA. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
