He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Rhea and Clara Bell Munda; and his siblings, Francis, Jack, Walter and Margaret.
He is survived by: his wife Rachel Rhea; and his children, Denise Rhea Carter (Al), E. Keith Rhea (Lisa) and Don F. Rhea (Carol Brooks). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
