With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna Wines Norris (Warrenton, Virginia), who passed away on February 3, 2020 at the age of 53. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Phillip Michael Norris; and her parents, Charles Boston Wines and Shirley Temple Wines. She is survived by : her siblings, Charlene Moore (Gerry) of Warrenton, Charles Wines, Jr. of Warrenton, VA and Shelby Borghi (Mike) of Marshall, VA. She is also survived by three step-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
