He was predeceased by : his son Curt; his sister Joan; and his parents, Andy Lee and Elva Lee. He is survived by : his wife Kim; his children, Jay, Kenny, Krissy, Jon (Kim) and Michael (MaryBeth); and his siblings, Cheryl Young (Joe), Carl (Christine), Glenn and Steve (MaryAnn). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
