He was predeceased by : his mother Lillie K. Belangia; his wife Dorothy; and his brothers, Gilbert and Roderick. He is survived by : his father Lonnie R. Belangia; his daughters, Marsha Stevens (Omar) of Deltona, FL. and Cynthia (Gary) of Catlett, VA.; and his grandchildren, Bryan Rutushin and Kelley Cordova.
