She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul E. Harrington and Bernice O'Leary Harrington; and her husband Donald Thomas McAvoy. She is survived by : her grandson Donald Thomas, Jr.; her daughter Kate McAvoy LeBlanc (Don); her grandchildren, A. J., Beth and Emily of Gainesville, VA; her great grandchild Tom McAvoy (Andrea); her sister Jane Harrington Gerth (David) of Rockville, MD; and also, Jason and Jimmy of Warrenton, VA.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
