She was predeceased by: her parent Donald Miller; her husband John Robert Norris, Sr.; and her children-in-law, W. E. "Billy" Bayne, Sr. and Sylvia Upton Norris. She is survived by: her parent Dorothy Miller; her children, Betsy Norris Bayne and John Robert Norris, Jr.; her grandchildren, Joshua Robert Norris (Lindsey) and Tara Leigh Norris; her stepgrandchildren, W. E. "Ed" Bayne, Jr. and Rhonda Fox; and her great grandchild Bethany Dawn Norris.
