He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Maude Tyler (Frank); his brother Alton Winfield; his niece Robin Claiborne; his siblings, Jesse Winfield (Cheryl) of Waverly, VA, Clarence Brown (Agnes) of Prince George, Barbara Claiborne (Robert) of Waverly, VA and Shirley Davis (Bobby) of Disputanta, VA; his sister-in-law Margarita Winfield of Tennessee; his aunt Emma Winfield of Richmond, VA.; his nieces and nephews, Annette Conaway, Jacqulyn Claiborne, Charlene Shaw, Latonya Brown, Makeshia Winfield, Ja'Toya Winfield, Alicia Winfield, Michael Winfield, Dwight Winfield and Torre Winfield; his cousins, Minnie Lowery and Roosevelt Winfield; and his friends, Lottie Jones, Bernard Conaway, Floyd Brown and Joan White. He was also cherished by great-nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
