She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Turner and Marcelle Turner; and her siblings, Velma Turner, Mary Garrison, Josephine Jones, Norma Turner, Floyd Turner and Joseph Turner.
She is survived by: her son Markus Turner (Sherita); her grandchildren, Markus Turner J. R., Mya Turner Montgomery of Alabama and Promise Turner Portsmouth; her sisters, Jean Jones (Eugene) of Prince George and Willie Mae Elam of Waverly; her niece Pamela Turner; and her friend Norman Parham. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
