He is survived by: his son Rashid Mason of New Jersey; and his siblings, Jennie Smith of Waverly, Mary Ann Robertson of Newport News, Virginia, Billie Hines (Michelle) of Fayetteville, NC, Craig Hines (Richelle) of Waverly and Danny Hines of Waverly, Virginia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
