He was predeceased by: his parent Lewis Goodwyn Sr.; his grandparents, Richard Goodwyn (Fannie) and James Mason (Maggie); his aunts and uncles, Deacon Richard Goodwyn, David Goodwyn, Albert Goodwyn, Sylvester Goodwyn, William Mason, Robert Lane Mason, James Mason, Percy Mason, Annie Lyons and Helen Hughes; his brother-in-law John Hamlin; and his mother-in-law Ethel Hamlin.
He is survived by: his wife Ethel Goodwyn; his parent Viola Mason Goodwyn; his daughter Conslion Fields; his grandson Brian Fields; his great grandchild Briana Fields; his brothers-in-law, Jack Blow (Rosa), Richard Blow and Joseph Blow; his nieces and nephews, Sharon Coleman (James), Queen Turner, Sherita, Lindville Turner Jr., Frank Harper Jr. (Uyai) and Anderson; and also Waverly. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
