With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shelton Earl Jones (Waverly, Virginia), who passed away on February 2, 2020 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Earl Jones and Dorothy Mae Jones Stroud; and his siblings, Juanita Jones Wills and Ernest Thomas "Tommy" Jones. He is survived by: his wife Gail Harris Jones; his children, Dale Jones (Stefanie) and Shelby Jones Warren (Bobby); his grandchildren, D. J. Francis (Allison), Crissy Francis and Brandon Warren; his great grandchild Collin Carr; his nieces and nephews, Tabitha Hite (Jeff), T. J. Jones (Erica), Brian Wills (Pam), Mike Wills and Jesse Wills; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brian Jr., Courtney, Dylan, Elena, Raylan and Lewis.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made in Shelton's memory to P.O. Box 727 Wakefield, VA to assist in funeral expenses.
