She was predeceased by : her parents, Archie Samuel and Elvira Jane Dahmer Crummett. She is survived by : her husband Robert P. Kuykendall; her grandchildren, Ariel Perry (Tyler) of Mooresville, NC, Joseph Kuykendall of Charlottesville, VA and Robert; her pet Sindy; her great grandchildren, Barrett, Wyatt and Rhett Perry; her brother Johnny Crummett (Joni) of Bend, OR; and her sisters-in-law, Libby Dickson of High Point, NC and Joyce Kuykendall of Littleton, CO.. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, dear friends, and memories of family members.

In lieu of flowers donations may be given to the Catherine Elizabeth Blair Memorial Foundation, which funds research for the pediatric cancer neuroblastoma (http://www.blairfoundation.org) and to the Tinkling Spring Presbyterian Church Fellowship Ministry.
