He was predeceased by : his father George L. Racer; his son Keith Racer; and his parents-in-law, Otis Seal and Eva Seal. He is survived by : his mother Violet Ruth Racer (Morris); his wife Altha Racer; his siblings, Joann McGhee and Steve Racer; and his brother-in-law Marshall Seal.
