He is survived by : his mother Doris Fields; his children, Rachel Greg, Michael Fields Jr., Randall Fields, Thomas Fields, Andrew Fields, Brian Fields and Levi Fields; and his siblings, Scott Fields, Steve Fields and Cathy Nichols (Jon Patterson). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
