He was predeceased by : his parents, Roscoe Clifton Tomlinson, Sr. and Laura Jean Tomlinson (Stacy); his brother Charles William Tomlinson; and his son-in-law Timothy M. Fields. He is survived by : his wife Saundra M. Tomlinson; his daughter Sheila T. Fields of Duffield, VA; his granddaughters, Brooke Alexandra Fields of Johnson City, TN and Madison Grace Fields of Duffield, VA; his sisters, Frances T. Sanders of Kingsport, TN, Ramonia T. Boy of Cincinnati, OH and Frankie T. Bishop of Kingsport, TN; his sister-in-law Johnnie T. Stowell of Orlando, FL; and his friend R. C.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; special neighbors.
