It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Puckett of Weyers Cave, Virginia, who passed away on December 13, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Joy Rankin (Sheets) and Everett Rankin; her spouse Thomas E. Puckett; and her siblings, Kenneth Rankin and Joy "Bonnie" Rankin McManama.

She is survived by : her sons, Paul Baker (Chanda) of Harrisonburg and Todd Puckett of Verona; her brother Arnold Rankin; her grandchildren, Lindsay Cupp (Jeremy), Sara Olimski Woolf (Earl) and Annalyse Puckett; and her great grandchildren, Harleigh, Emmi, Drake Cupp, Daniele Olimski-Michael and Katheryn Woolf.
