He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Hurley and Stella Adkins Hurley; his wife Shirley Fay Matney Hurley; his siblings, Shirley Harman, Frederick Hurley Jr., Burton Wayne Hurley, Earl Hurley and Douglas McArthur Hurley; and his stepson Chris "Toby" Matney.
He is survived by: his son Willard "Bryce" Hurley (Terri Denise Kiser) of Whitewood, VA; his siblings, Joyce Ann Hurley of Oakwood, VA, Betty Lou Estep of Hurley, Jacqueline Hurley of Grundy, VA, Katherine Tester of Hurley, VA, Sharon Kay Lovell of Hurley, VA, Benny Lee Hurley of Hurley, VA, Larry David Hurley of Hurley, VA, Ronald Steve Hurley of Oakwood, VA, Billy Ray Hurley of Tazewell, VA and Joseph Frederic Hurley of Hurley, VA.; and his grandson Noah Bryce Hurley.
