It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Louise Umbaugh Potts of Winchester, Virginia, who passed away on May 7, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Maude Umbaugh and Wade Umbaugh; her husband Robert Lee Potts of Lovettsville; her son Dennis; and her sister Helen.
She is survived by: her sisters, Alma Mae Baker of Leesburg and Joan Simpson (Steve) of Purcellville; her son Robert Lawrence (Larry); and her granddaughters, Carin Potts, Lacey Groves, Jennifer Traina (Blake) and Lora Lee Lentz (Chris). She is also survived by five great-grandchildren, and numerous extended family.
