He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Kelly and Anna M. Imler Kelly; his stepdaughter Barbara Jones Baker; and his siblings, Bruce Kelly, Clyde Kelly, James Kelly and Shirley Kelly.
He is survived by: his wife Val Jean; his children, Tom Kelly, Karen Goodman and Robert Kelly; and his stepson Mac Jones Jr.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Jones Funeral Home - Winchester (228 S Pleasant Valley Rd, Winchester, VA 22601). A reception will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Church of the Good Shepherd (645 Berryville Ave, Winchester, VA 22601).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Ken's name to the Church of the Good Shepherd at 645 Berryville Ave Winchester, VA 22601 and Blue Ridge Hospice at 333 W Cork Street Winchester, VA 22601.
