He is survived by: his wife Eula Hall; his children, Sandy Hollyfield of Morristown, TN, Sharon Ricker (Dan) of Rogersville, TN, Vicki Hicks of Kingsport, TN and Richard Walters (Joan) of Antioch, TN; his sister Helen Morino; his daughter-in-law Vickie Hall of Wise, VA; and his grandchildren, James Hall, Justin Ricker, Nathaniel Phillips, Jordan Hollyfield, Richie Walters and Shauni Hall.
