He was predeceased by : his parents, John Frederick Hetzel and Molly Whitmore Hetzel. He is survived by : his wife Rhonda Kibler Hetzel of Woodstock; his daughters, Lauren Zollinger (Stefan) of Mt. Juliet, Kristen Hetzel (Douglas Roche III) of Bloomfield, Mi. and Kaitlin Hetzel of Bloomfield, Mi.; his grandsons, Garrett Lee and Luke Otto Zollinger; and his sister Dr. Amanda Starnes (Larry) of Salida.
