She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy O. Lutz and Reba McWilliams Lutz; her husband Charles David Offman; her son Michael "Mickey" Morrissette; and her brother Howard "Hardy" Lutz.

She is survived by : her children, Cathy Bouvia (Lou) of Cleveland, Susan Albright of Woodstock and David Offman (Sabrina) of Strasburg; her stepchildren, Debbie Dellinger (Richard) of Edinburg and Mike Offman (Lula) of Strasburg; her siblings, Harold Lutz (Roxy) of Woodstock and Mary "Tootsie" Cramer (Keith) of Weyers Cave; and her grandchildren, Jenny Rodriguez, Guillin Rodriguez, David Barry, Roy Barry, April John, Crystal Breen, Michelle Dugan and Madison Albright. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, her family and many, many friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Valley Funeral Service (14116 S Middle Rd, Edinburg, VA 22824). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (116 Lakeview Dr, Woodstock, VA 22664).

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to First Baptist Church in Woodstock or Community Mission Church of the Brethren.
