She was predeceased by : her father Harold L. Seal, Sr.; and also, Clyde H. Tisinger and Mary "" Hollar Tisinger of Virginia. She is survived by : her mother Shirley Walker Seal of Woodstock, Virginia; her husband Wayne Henry Tisinger of Woodstock, Virginia.; her daughter Amy Beth Tisinger of Woodstock, Virginia.; her brothers, Harold L. Seal, Jr. (Judy) of Woodstock, Virginia and Robert "Bob" L. Seal (Linda) of Chattanooga, Tennessee.; her uncle Elvin Walker of Saint Luke, Virginia.; her niece Ashlee Seal Adkins of Knoxville; her sister-in-law Betty Lou Tisinger Richman (Robert Richman) of Annandale, Virginia.; her niece Carla Richman Rogers; and her great-nephews, Ashton Rogers and Bryce Rogers. She is also survived by her family and friends.
