He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank W. Shillingburg Sr. and Peggy Hollar Shillingburg. He is survived by: his brothers, Dennis (Stephanie) and Dean (Robin) of Woodstock; and his siblings' children, Nancy Arehart (Hunter), Kevin Shillingburg (Victoria), Samantha Wymer (Chuck) and LeAnn Gochenour (Teresa Pennington).
