He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank W. Shillingburg Sr. and Peggy Hollar Shillingburg. He is survived by : his brothers, Dennis (Stephanie) and Dean (Robin) of Woodstock; his nieces, Nancy Arehart (Hunter), Samantha Wymer (Chuck) and LeAnn Gochenour (Teresa Pennington); and his nephew Kevin Shillingburg (Victoria).
