He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lee Sr. and Charlotte Darlene Thomas Jenkins; his father-in-law Jimmy Miller; and his siblings-in-law, Crystal Dick, Phillip Williams and Johnny Knott.
He is survived by: his wife Lori Lynnette Miller Jenkins; his children, Joseph Jenkins III, Candice Huffman (Chris), Christopher Jenkins, Jennifer Jenkins, Victoria Pullen (Nick), Jimmy Jenkins (Allison) and Alexander Jenkins; his sisters, Angela Jenkins and Bonnie Sue Shenk (Bill); his mother-in-law Diana Miller; and his sisters-in-law, Tracy Williams and Kimberly Ramirez. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Maddox Funeral Home (105 W Main St, Front Royal, VA 22630).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Page County Animal Shelter at 1261 Goodrich Rd, Stanley, VA 22851.
