She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert B. Heath and Marguerite Cahill Heath of Arlington, VA.; and her husband Joseph Shrum Diggs. She is survived by: her children, Carol Diggs Paulauskis (Brian) and Steven J. Diggs Sr. (Elizabeth) of Woodstock; and her grandsons, Donald Crittenden, Sean Crittenden, Steven Diggs Jr. and Robert Diggs.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the St. Paul's Heritage Center (106 S High St, Edinburg, VA 22824).
