He is survived by : his wife Alda Fogal of Woodstock; his son Doug Fogal of Fredericksburg; his sister Loretta Behm (Patrick) of Fredericksburg; and his sisters-in-law, Kathleen Fogle of Maurertown and Peggy Fogle of Maurertown.
