Phyllis Carol Elkins Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Carol Elkins of Woodstock, Virginia, born in Pax, West Virginia, who passed away on June 29, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Homer Adkins and Pauline Sowder Adkins Shumate of Virginia; and her daughter Teresa Elkins Shifflett. She is survived by : her husband Lomer Eugene Elkins; her daughters, Debbie Elkins Culp (Hadden) of Woodstock and Gina Elkins Hope (Beecher) of Berryville; her grandchildren, Chris, Josh, Celeste, Catie and Anna; and her son-in-law Larry Shifflett. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
